RobustSENSE Final Event and technical review successfully held
22/05/2018 The RobustSENSE project successfully came to an end last week in Ulm, Germany.
2nd Project Review successfully held in Berlin
The RobustSENSE project had its second Technical Review held in Berlin on 12 and 13 September, 2017. Two days were devoted to evaluate the accomplishments of the second period of the project. Project coordinator Werner Ritter and members of the consortium presented the current state of the work packages and the achievements made so far at the Fraunhofer FOKUS institute. The results were highlighted with videos and demonstrations i.e. of the lidar pre-prototype and an extensive simulator setup as well as a test vehicle.
The programme officer from ECSEL JU and the external reviewers assess the work carried out and will jointly prepare the recommendations for the last project year following the review. Preliminary feedback from the reviewers was very positive. The project has made good progress during the second period and the technical work is on track. Especially the number and depth of demonstrators were appreciated by the reviewers.
RobustSENSE now enters the final phase focusing on the vehicle integration and validation of the sensor platform modules. The final event is about to take place in May 2018
